I made some big changes!

First of all, thank you so much for being an early subscriber.

When I first launched the newsletter, it was one part about discipline and one part about the enjoyment of writing and sharing.

I started on a simple email platform because it was easy.

And I follow the same rules that I preach to clients: take an idea into action and build it on the go.

And thanks to you, it has taken off!

I don't measure success by subscriber count or even email opens.

Instead, I measure it by conversations—who reaches out, who asks for insight, and who wants me to focus on new ideas.

This is the food for a writer.

So, I moved to Ghost - an incredible platform for sharing newsletters and blogs.
